Justyna Kowalczyk claimed gold in 10 km classic style ski racing.

Foot trauma did not prevent the Polish sportswoman from showing an excellent result (28 min. 17.08 sec.) The Swede Charlotte Kalla won the silver medal (+18.4), and Therese Johaug from Norway got bronze. Natalya Zhukovs, the best of the Russian Team, was the seventh to finish.
