GeneralFEAR OF FLYING
He has a fear of flying which developed following the terrorist attacks in New York, NY, United States, on 11 September 2001. "Long flights for me are agony. I will only do them for professional reasons if there are no alternatives. It bothers me so much I will be pretty restless for two days before a flight. The strain on my body because of the fear can last for days after a flight. In the past I have flown to Argentina four days before the rest of the team to allow for time to recover."
