    General
    SECOND STYLE
He began competing in both the freestyle and alpine skiing disciplines in the 2013/14 season. As a youngster he initially took up alpine skiing before giving it up and making the switch to ski cross in 2008. Upon his return to alpine skiing in October 2013, he finished fifth at an event in La Parva, Chile. "Many people have accused me of moving to ski cross because I was not good enough in alpine skiing. But for me, the result in Chile is not a surprise. A great freestyle skier must also be good at alpine skiing." (fis-ski.com, 16 Oct 2013)

    VIRTUAL GAME
There is a mobile computing app bearing his name called Filip Flisar Ski Cross. Players can choose to be him and ski on a virtual ski cross course. (coronalabs.com, 18 Feb 2013)
